What the licence unlocks, for all your staff
- Every assessment tool expanded into one column per criterion — rubrics, checklists, scores, comments, grade scales and learning goals — so a teacher or coordinator can read a whole cohort at once instead of clicking into a panel per student.
- CSV export of student × assessment × standard × rating × submission status, which is what makes cohort moderation practical.
Managed rollout
Because it is on the Chrome Web Store, your IT team can force-install it to a teaching organisational unit by extension ID from the Google Admin console. No self-hosted package to maintain, no Developer mode on anyone's machine, nothing for staff to click. We send the ID and the console steps.
What is free, and stays free
Hiding student flags is not part of this licence and never will be. One switch hides them across Toddle — gradebook, attendance, portfolios, submissions, search, profile headers — so staff can share a screen without exposing anything about a particular child. That protects a student, so it is not behind a price for anyone.
What your data protection lead will ask
It sends nothing anywhere. No server, no account, no analytics, no telemetry, no remote code. It reads your gradebook inside the teacher's own browser, through Toddle's own API, reusing the session they are already signed in with — it never sees a password, and every request it makes is a read. Nothing it reads leaves the browser, so there is no student data for us to hold and nothing for us to claim. Your IT team can read every line of the installed package.
How keys are issued
Keys are issued per teacher to the contact on this order. Each key is checked on the teacher's own machine — activation contacts nothing and works offline. Tell us your school name and how many staff when you order, or reply to the confirmation email.
Term
Twelve months from issue. It does not renew itself and nothing is charged automatically. If a key cannot be made to work, write to support@nyuchi.com within thirty days and we will refund you.
Before you buy
The extension reads an interface Toddle does not publish, so a Toddle release can break it. We fix breakages as fast as we can and it is built to fail visibly rather than quietly, but we cannot promise it will always work — that is not ours to promise. Treat anything you are about to act on as something to confirm in Toddle itself. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Toddle.
